He uses current best knowledge combined with practitioner expertise to deliver coaching programs premised on the evidence-based approach to coaching developed by the Coaching Psychology Unit at the University of Sydney. With highly developed coaching micro-skills Kevin is able to establish the trust with coachees that is critical to co-creating a successful coaching relationship.

Kevin’s industry experience, his strong communication skills and deep understanding of the coaching process, combine to produce a personable and authentic coaching style that both challenges and supports coachees in meeting their individual and organisational developmental needs.

Kevin is currently a PhD candidate at Canterbury Christchurch University under the supervision of Dr Michael Cavanagh (Coaching Psychology Unit – Sydney University).
